| Description | Hi kerwin, In ATV12 aging test, the kernel panic issue is occured frequently. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/AMANDROIDS-38 First, I reqeust Amlogic Korea, they said that another vendor (INTEK, INNOPIA) does not reproduce this issue. So, Please check this issue or check Amlogic's missing patch is exist. Thank you. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Input RCU Left key when live status. 2. repeat RCU Down key to change PIP screen. 3. Approximately 1~2 days after, kernel panic is occurring. 4. reproduce FW : 15.534.204, 15.534.206, 15.534.208, 15.534.210 | ||||

Hi JunGyu, According to the log attached, it seems like the "v4lvideo" related part cause kernel panic. We check the related projects folder for Amlogic's patch (common ; vendor/amlogic/common/apps/LibTsPlayer ; hardware/amlogic/media_modules) and all the Amlogic's patches are exist. BTW, There have some patches update today in vendor/amlogic/common/apps/LibTsPlayer from Amlogic Thanks Peter |

Hi Peter, I don't understand why this kernel panic occurs on EAGLE. As you said, if all of Amlogic's patches exist, it's seems that this issue was caused by a modification from FXN. Can you check if some modification in FXN is causing this issue? PS. There have some patches update today in vendor/amlogic/common/apps/LibTsPlayer from Amlogic <<< This patch was released due to other issues. Thank you. |

Hi JunGyu, I check that FXN doesn't have related modification and all the Amlogic's patch from e-mail for ATV12 are applied and exist. Could you help to check is there any other patch from Amlogic not in the e-mail loop and need to be applied? Thanks Peter |

Hi Peter, Amlogic korea did review EAGLS's code, they could not found something wrong and another patch is not exist. They requested to analyze this issue to R/D center. I will let you know if any update. Thank you. |
